POLYMER CONCRETE - Polymer concrete is a thermoset material, used where long term durability is needed. This material combines cross-linked polyester resin with aggregate fillers to provide years of wear-and-tear service in light vehicular traffic areas. Though similar in look and feel to traditional precast concrete, polymer concrete offers multiple benefits. When combined with secondary reinforcement materials, polymer concrete has significant load capabilities. The blend of polymer concrete is on average 40% lighter than traditional precast concrete and provides up to 5 times more compressive strength. Our resilient materials stand up to constant exposure to weather or sun without sacrificing security or aesthetics.
FIBERGLASS (FRP) - As the size of an enclosure increases, so does its overall weight and installation cost. To respond to these challenges, we also offer a wide range of enclosures using a lightweight, high strength material such as FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer), fitted with rings and covers made from polymer concrete. FRP is a thermosetting material consisting of cross-linked polyester resin and chopped strands of fiberglass. The FRP mixture consists of precisely dosed material with a high-fiberglass concentration, for guaranteed product performance. It is possible to achieve the same product performance for both light vehicle and heavy duty traffic, using either polymer concrete or FRP.

INJECTION MOLDED PLASTIC - Our HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) and ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) are injection-molded, thermoplastic materials that allow for mass production and low manufacturing costs, resulting in a lower installed cost for you. We combine blowing agents with these base resin materials to create a "structural foam" core which results in increased durability and rigidity over products made with plain HDPE or lower grade materials, such as Polypropylene. Our products are also fully stabilized against UV and chemical exposure. Our select materials produce economical and lightweight products to meet your pedestrian-only and greenbelt applications or wherever lower design loads are required.
