Today, Gray Iron affords engineers with the most durable material from which to work to create strong and long-lasting doorways or exits to subterranean structures. All our castings are made of Class 30B gray iron, ASTM A 48-83, AASHTO M105-82 and in most cases are designed to support H20/25 loading. In conditions where nodular iron is specified we adhere to prevailing guidelines or can even customize your order to bring you the finest, in high tensile strength ductile iron.
